Car ads were so much cooler in he 80's especially french car ads were great.
Here is one of my favorites:

If anything, that’s another argument for the 205 GTi—so much fun that you’ll want to endure the endless torment that is the morning commute to a workplace full of nothing but pointless drudgery!

A versatile machine was the 205.

If anything, this ad shows that they should have sold it to America.

Are you familiar with companies like Google and DHL?

I always wondered why those attack helicopters were chasing me when I’m driving either my 205 GTi or CTi (CTi has become drivable now that the belts aren’t from the 90s anymore!). I still don’t know why, but at least it’s an issue others seem to have as well.

Kinja'd!!!

That was the whole point of the CTi, right? Better anti-air capability?

I suppose it was the only solution to the issue Peugeot could come up with.

Sadly my purchase of the CTi didn’t included the lovely lass with the rocket launcher.

Doesn’t matter though, in my perception no attack helicopter can keep up with a 205 GTi or CTi.

Do I ever, if it's not people indicating before turning in front of me, it's missiles exploding, motorbikes with assassins in black leather shooting, trucks crashing into cardboard boxes, cars crashing into fruit stalls in the mid of the dual carriageway, etc...
